Suction Pile Vent Hatches

Combining industry sealing expertise with flexible designs and qualified FES Subsea hot stab and receptacle equipment; FES Subsea suction pile vent hatches provide leak free suction during all mooring operations.

These flexible designs are available in a range of pipe sizes, with fully qualified painting systems to NORSOK standard. End connections can be provided with weld preparations and flanged designs available.

• Water depth: up to 3000m
• Material selection: carbon steel (typical) sealing faces inlayed upon request
• Pressure range: -10 Barg +10 Barg
• Coating: Two coat two pack subsea epoxy paint system (typical). Other projects specific paint systems can be provided upon request
• Simple ROV operation
• Available with a range of ROV torque interfaces to suit project requirements
• Proven compact design
• Up to 25 years extended subsea life
• Locking pin mechanism allows the hatch to be closed, half open or fully open
